Our nonprofit client is currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis.
Ideal candidates will be highly strategic in nature, with 5
years of experience in a HR leadership role.
Additionally, a Bachelors degree is required.
Human Resources Business Partner North Side of ChicagoPay $38hr-$40hr Conversion $85k-$95k (pay based on experience)Additional 3 days/week onsite, 2 days/week remotePOSITION The HRBP formulates partnerships across the business lines and HR (Human Resources) functions to deliver value-added service and supports, consults, guides management and facilitates organizational needs.
HR Business Partner responsibilities Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention Provide HR policy guidance Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning Identify training needs for teams and individuals and service lines Evaluate training programs Suggest new HR strategies and special projects Recommended Skills Human Resources Labor Relations Leadership Metrics Retention Management Consulting Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
