Business Development Manager, E-Commerce

The Business Development Manager, E-Commerce, is responsible for identifying, developing, and executing strategies that drive revenue growth and increase market share for an ecommerce business.
This role involves building and maintaining relationships with key partners and stakeholders, including online marketplaces, vendors, and suppliers.
Responsibilities Include:

Lead execution of eCommerce strategy to increase online sales and profitability across omnichannel, pureplay, and quick commerce models.

Develop tight partnership with omnichannel customer teams to develop eCommerce capabilities as part of overall customer plans; identify and build relationships with eCommerce stakeholders at omnichannel retailers.

Manage merchant relationship with pureplay and quick commerce customers across new product sell in, promotional plan budget execution and analysis, and order fulfillment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and supply chain to identify needed support to deliver channel objectives.

Analyze channel sales performance and promotional programs, develop weekly and monthly reports to track performance and identify areas of opportunity.

Drive new business model development such as ship-to-home, etc.

Stay up-to-date with industry news, trends, and emerging technologies, and incorporate new ideas and approaches into the overall Ecommerce strategy.

Manage eCommerce channel budget, including retail media spend and trade spend for pureplay channels.
