The Senior Customer Success Manager is accountable for ensuring the successful adoption of Basware solutions and services to achieve desired business outcomes.
You will act as a trusted advisor, focusing on driving adoption, customer retention, renewals, and customer health.
The ideal candidate has a background in management consulting, value engineering, or has been a customer success manager in the High-Tech industry with a specific focus on value realization.
Experience working with enterprise customers and being customer-facing with C-Suite members is essential for this role.
Tasks &
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies for customer success, including achievable success plans and benchmarking.
Act as a networked purchase-to-pay practitioner and trusted advisor, offering valuable guidance on best practices and industry trends.
Ensure successful ramp-up of Basware solutions and services, providing guidance to implementation teams for meeting business outcomes.
Drive successful and high adoption of Basware solutions, measuring adoption and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Monitor and improve customer health, proposing changes when necessary and using data insights to drive action.
Manage operational activities for successful delivery of success and service improvement plans.
Deliver success services such as workshops, coaching, and benchmarking to identify opportunities for customers.
Proactively drive renewals and explore upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Roles in Key Basware Processes:
Owns Success Planning process for assigned customers.
Manages Customer Relationship and Health for assigned customers.
Key role in Handover process.
Owns Onboarding process for assigned customers.
Skills & Requirements Required Skills:
Prior experience conducting workshops and discussing technology implementation's business value.
Proven track record of growing customer happiness, adoption, and retention.
Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Strong analytical skills and ability to understand and convey data insights to customers.
Broad experience in customer management within a SaaS and business environment on both strategic and tactical levels.
Experience in driving and optimizing adoption to achieve business outcomes.
Ability to work in a global matrix organization with geographically distributed teams.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Self-driven, target-oriented, with strong coaching skills to motivate and promote knowledge.
Education and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent program; Master's preferred.

years of customer relationship management experience, including face-to-face experience with external customers and C-level contacts.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
