As a BTG Business Consultant, you will.
Be part of a global strategic account team focused on TCS' most cherished accounts, contributing to growth and transformation initiatives Facilitate design thinking and/or agile sessions to develop and implement strategy, technology and/or operational projects Gather and analyse data, visualize results and communicate them to key stakeholders with observations and recommendations Learn and apply change management practices to assist our clients in developing a digital culture and a work environment that nurtures and encourages the best from everyone Prepare reports, recommendations, research findings to TCS and client leaders Learn and apply your agile and project management skills to accelerate the delivery of value Develop and guide junior team members, teaching while delivering in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment Volunteer for special projects that involve innovation and thought leadership Help define the value of a transformation, and how to measure and track success Be a part of a high performing team that is constantly evolving and seeking ways to improve You will need (requirements).
MBA or other Master's Degree from a U.
S University/School with expected graduation by Summer 2022 Cumulative GPA 3.
0 and above Permanent Work Authorization in the U.
