Responsible for providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies and procedures.

Neonates-Geriatrics (10-12% Pediatrics); Chest pain, dizziness, syncope, respiratory/cardiac arrest, strokes, sepsis, ortho, respiratory distress/failure, STEMI, COVID.
ED Boarding patients (are counted within their 1:
4-5 ratio) Patient Ratios:

4-5 (5th patient will be low acuity) Required Certifications:
BLS, NIH, ACLS , PALS , TNCC Skills required:
general ED skills strong IV skills, cardiac rhythm interpretation/monitoring, foley placement/management, NGT placement/management, ventilator management (esp.
after post arrest), knowledgeable in STEMI/CVA/Sepsis treatments, medication titration Support on the Unit:
