Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, business, legal, marketing, finance, or technical fields.
Experience in stakeholder management.
Experience implementing strategic and initiative projects in a demanding, change-oriented environment requiring a high degree of deadline-driven productivity.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Advanced degree in a related field (Business, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Technical).
Experience with structuring strategic analysis and messaging using spreadsheets and presentations.
Experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives with problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of best practices in business operations, service operations, customer support operations, and internet/online media.
Ability to work with different team members to design processes and implement strategic projects that solve business problems.

As a Strategy and Operations Lead, you will be part of a team providing deep project leadership to solve strategic questions in the gTech organization.
This role will require you to develop solutions to complex, ambiguous and high-visibility business problems and opportunities.
You will work in close partnership with gTech industry teams and Strategy and Operations colleagues across the regions.
You will be working with key partners across gTech to lead and support a mix of strategic and operational projects.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly.
We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy.
We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas.
Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $169,000-$258,000

Responsibilities Define, launch and drive strategic and analytical initiatives to directly and indirectly improve customer experience, improve internal and external facing processes and operations, working closely with cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, and leadership.
Problem solve with executive leaders to deliver strategic insights and recommendations based on business analyses.
Identify gaps and propose changes to existing policy, systems and process frameworks.
Develop solutions and work to manage risks across the organization and develop best practices that benefit the organization.
