What You'll Do Business Build and maintain executive relationships to convert into new business opportunities.
Client Be a partner to high-level clients.
You will consult them through profile types and the interview process.
You will act as a business partner.
Candidate Build strong relationships with executive candidates by consulting them through the interview process.
Keep searches on track by applying the necessary methods to attract the most desirable candidates for your clients.
Operate as a strategic player internally and externally.
Coach associates working on your roles with you.
Assisting with candidate Apply and use sourcing strategies to find the right candidates.
Client Travel 20-30% of the time to build client relationships (when applicable).
