The middle school inclusion facilitator also receives direction and support from our Director of Inclusion.
Roles and Responsibilities Inclusion Facilitator Co Plan, Provide modification recommendations for students in regards to materials, equipment, positive behavior plans, and individualized curriculum The general education teacher is the content specialist and the inclusion facilitator is responsible for individualizing and delivery of various learning modalities.
Provide modification recommendations for students in regards to lessons, activities, tests, assignments, grading, report cards Recommend instructional strategies for the students Collaborate weekly with general education teacher to develop lesson plans for the whole class incorporating the co teaching models for instruction.
Collaborate with the staff and classroom teacher to develop discipline policy.
Co Instruct Work directly with students on an individual or group basis.
Work individually with students as they are doing class work as necessary.
Teach specific skills.
Re-teach as necessary individually or in small group.
Adapt or modify regular classroom materials, tests, and assignments.
Develop service plan with classroom teacher input.
Co Assess Collaborate with general education teacher on how to assess and evaluate student progress.
Teachers should collaborate on expectations regarding student learning objectives, grading and homework.
( consider how all will be weighted) Reflect on student progress and discuss with general education teacher to determine how to improve the process and progress of all students.
Reflect with general education daily and/or during weekly collaboration meeting to evaluate progress and to determine efficacy of lessons.
Other Responsibilities for Inclusion Facilitator and General Education Teacher:
Joint communication with parents and students for emails, conferences, and curriculum nights, meetings etc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
