Data Domain Lead

We are seeking a Data Domain Lead to join our Client Transitions & Account Services Change Team.
The Data Domain Lead will blend expertise in data and analytics with a passion for mastering critical data.
The role will be responsible for representing the Account & Party Data Domains serving as the single point of contact for the domains, implementing best practices and driving the vision for the Account & Party Data Domains including but not limited to Data Architecture, Data Quality, Data Standards, Enterprise Data Strategy and Governance.
The Data Domain Lead will be a leader influencing change and will ensure the Domain Data is meeting the needs of the enterprise.
The position will interact with business stakeholders across the enterprise to promote and enforce a strategic data agenda and support the Account Opening & Reference Data Modernization initiative.
Job Summary Seasoned multi-disciplinary expert with extensive data knowledge and experience.
Focus of role is on execution of strategic direction of business and information function activities.
Accountable for maintaining data quality and integrity within the assigned Domain standard terms and definitions for common data fields in assigned data domain.
Partners with Data Stewards, Data Custodians as well as DG Leads to ensure consistent definitions and classification for the data as well as the determining appropriate purpose of each instance.
Will work with the Stakeholders of the Data Domain and the Data Modernization teams to identify and drive the value creation roadmap for their domain in the Data Mesh Advocate for the adoption of rigorous data quality management and for expanding the enterprise value of the data ensuring the data is strategically used to achieve business outcomes which include modernization, transformation, continuous improvement, regulatory and other initiatives.
Provide vision to project teams, resolving cross domain functional issues and aligning project work to the vision/functional designs provided.
Carries out the most complex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues.
Consistently displays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the rest of the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity of information solutions.
Highly flexible and adaptable to change.
Major Duties Align Domain's Data vision & strategy with the enterprise strategic vision by translating the businesses overarching strategies into data management policies and actions.
Ensure accurate domain data by establishing and utilizing an appropriate governance framework.
Participate in industry forums, conferences and with other client and partner forums to gain insight to drive domain strategy and set priority as well as shape industry change.
Resolve conflicting priorities among data owners, data consumers and custodians within sphere of domain.
Drive efficiency and risk mitigation through balancing business value and cost working with data owners, and consumers to deliver an efficient operating model and data architecture.
Establish and implement an oversight process to provide for tracking of important business, client and regulatory initiatives ensuring delivery of data requirements.
Follow data quality framework for critical fields ensuring quality delivery of data end to end for the domain.
Engage appropriate data consumers to define their critical data and work across business units to gain agreement on critical data standards and alignment.
Coordinate and implement data quality remediation efforts to ensure data meets the standards identified by the enterprise.
Oversee periodic reviews to ensure continued compliance with the data governance policies (includes compliance assessments, monitoring, and control testing).
Create or update document taxonomies and actively participate in the semantic reconciliation of data models.
Develop implement and educate business in the use of global standard automated workflows to regulate change and creation extended processes to ensure only approved and accurate data is used and maintained appropriately.
Set maintenance policies around data fields.
Experience Bachelor's degree in finance, Information Technology or related.
10 years of experience with data.
Experience leading large-scale initiatives.
Business domain, data/content and process understanding.
Ability to work with stakeholders and engaging senior leadership.
Master Data Management & project lifecycle experience.
Strong understanding of data relationships.
Ability to work and lead in a team environment across large and complex organization.
Be an excellent communicator and collaborator capable of effectively communicating to both business and technical communities within the sphere of data domain.
Possess broad-based knowledge of the domain data.
Understand all aspects of defining and implementing data quality management.
Strong leadership and organizational awareness skills.
Facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
Exceptional analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities Strong communication and persuasion skills, including the ability to create messaging materials that meet stakeholder preferences.
Ability to analyze project, program and portfolio needs, as well as to determine the resources needed to achieve objectives and overcome cross-functional barriers.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
