Requirements Bachelors degree in Accounting and or Finance5
years FP&A experience Experience directing FP&A processes in a multi-location company with revenues of $200M High proficiency in MS Office, experience in using queries, advanced Excel skills Previous experience collaborating with leaders and other colleagues in an FP&A role Strong oral and written communication skills, analytical abilities, initiative and problem-solving skills Desirable Skills Proficiency in MS Dynamics 365 or similar GL systems, experience in using queries, Power BI, Essbase, Hyperion, Oracle, GMI or similar systems Experience in futures or the financial services industry Experience in a collaborative culturally diverse and inclusive environment Typical Duties Provides financial and business-related analyses, including variance analysis and multi-month and year trend analysis for business units and profit and cost centers / departments Gathers, supports, prepares and understands the components of financial forecast drivers including volume profiles, EBITDA, ROIC and other metrics Performs detailed financial analysis to validate forecast data and explain variances from prior forecasts and actuals Models the financial impact of strategic initiatives and long-term commitments Builds clear communications of financial objectives, assumptions, and risks Leads projects, prepares ad hoc analyses and conducts presentations Supports and prepares annual strategic and vision planning activities, including the development of financial forecasts and budget, including preparing and analyzing financial metrics Prepares presentation materials for senior leadership, timely and accurately Assist in the new general ledger implementation (Dynamics D365) Other duties as assigned Recommended Skills Accounting Analytical Communication Cultural Diversity Finance Financial Analysis Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
