ResponsibilitiesConduct interviews when scheduled:
Conduct interviews on and off site.
Maintain specified performance levels including quality assurance standards as specified by the Quality Assurance Supervisor.
Collect bodily fluids as needed per project protocol.
Implement duties outlined in data collection protocol within specified time frame:
Verify new cases as specified in project protocol.
Document cases not able to verify within specified timeframe.
Complete minimum of one activity in each assigned open case.
Contact clients, collaterals, and other individuals in an effort to schedule and confirm clients for their follow-up appointments.
Engage clients in an effort to maintain contact per project protocols.
Network to expand available contacts.
Document all follow-up activities on the same day of completion.
Implement motivational interviewing techniques and / or other interventions in special projects as assigned.
Participate in regular case review meetings.
Consult with the Field Manager and other Case Trackers/Interviewers on hard-to-find cases.
Adjust work schedule as required to meet project needs.
Perform a general variety of office support duties including, but not limited to answering phones, faxing, data entry, filing and photocopying.
Promote Chestnut's culture of customer service excellence through the adherence to Chestnut's behavioral standards for customer service.
Maintain and protect confidentiality and security of all organizational information gained in the course of performing job responsibilities including, but not limited to, financial and client information.
Other duties as assigned.
QualificationsPosition requires a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must obtain GAIN/ABS certification within 6 months of hire date.
Excellent communication skills required.
Satisfactory completion of Chestnut's background checking process.
WORK HOURS:
Must be able to work required hours and adjust work schedule to meet the position requirements.
Must be able to work evenings and/or weekends as assigned.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
