Responsible for the operations and profitability of our Auto Group Must be willing to actively handle leads, follow up, and T.
O's both in store and online through phone calls, texts, and emails Oversee dealership staffing, hiring and training new employees Set sales quotas and goals and assists in financing arrangements Actively support, encourage, and motivate managers daily to maintain high morale Exhibit a professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity, and accountability Accountable for daily performance metrics in overall store performance Support other operational units within the store to achieve maximum return on opportunity for the dealership Supervise Sales Managers, F&I Managers, Digital Marketing Managers, Service Managers, and all other personnel Qualifications - General Manager:
