Senior Account Manager, Treasury Management Summary The successful candidate coordinates sales, business support, and risk management functions for complex Treasury Management client relationships.
Assists Treasury Management Consultants in developing additional business, making client presentations, and coordinating with servicing team.
Major Duties o Anticipates and identifies client's needs for service requests.
Integrates knowledge of Treasury Management products and the organization to service clients.
o Receives service requests from clients and partners; executes daily client activity, oversees transaction processing, handles inquiry resolution, obtains appropriate documentation, and ensures systems information is up to date.
o Oversees development of appropriate action plans for client activities and ensures execution and follow-up.
o Ensures accurate set up of fees and balances.
o Develops clear understanding of clients' need behind service requests and communicates to service partners.
o Identifies service efficiency enhancements, process improvements, and service delivery using creative and proactive measures.
o Communicates with client regularly to inform them of account set-up or status, document requests, or other information.
o Research client records, contracts, agreements, etc.
to respond to inquiries.
Informs client of steps taken to resolve problems.
Qualifications o 4 years' experience in financial servicing/Treasury Management products, with client servicing background.
o General business knowledge, required to oversee client transactions.
o Analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills required to identify and resolve account issues.
o Interpersonal, oral and written communication, and presentation skills are required to communicate with clients and partners Work with us:
