The Market Executive is a newly created position which is accountable for delivering business performance in assigned market(s).
This role provides operational and business development leadership to the market team(s) ensuring financial, clinical, and operational goals are met.
Each market functions as a virtual clinic.
In-market functions include business development and care delivery.
Remote functions include patient intake, scheduling, and billing.
This Market Executive will be located in-market in Chicago or eastern WI with travel to the other assigned market locations.
Financial compensation is composed of a base salary ($130,000+) with performance-based incentives that combine to provide $200,000
in potential total compensation.
Responsibilities Owns the market level P/L:
Manages market productivity, efficiency, and profitability at the individual and market level.
Manages cross-functional team consisting of nurse practitioners and business development staff.
Develops and implements operational and clinical strategies to optimize and grow the business.
Oversees and supports business development activities including in-person partner meetings as needed.

Understands and supports applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.
Becomes expert in Mendota Health technology supporting business development, clinical documentation, and revenue cycle management best practices.
Owns overall patient experience and satisfaction.
Assists market team with implementation of new policies, procedures, and technologies.
Assists in resolving referral partner inquires, concerns, and complaints.
Interviews, hires, and effectively onboards market team members; collaborates with clinical and community engagement leaders to select candidate.
In conjunction with Finance, prepares annual and quarterly forecasts and budgets.
Develops and maintains comprehensive working knowledge of organization's key referral sources, competitors, governmental agencies, and major payer groups and applies this knowledge to effective planning.
Builds collaborative working relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
Develops and supports a strong culture in a people-first organization.
50+% travel required to designated markets Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in business, finance, health care administration or equivalent work experience required.
Five (5) or more years of progressive experience in business development, operations, and management roles required Prior responsibility for P/L in a similar role required Minimum of five years of experience in a healthcare setting including sales and operations and clinical and non-clinical staff management responsibilities required.
Experience with growth markets and expansion preferred.
Experience in a startup environment preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
