Summary:
The Product Designer will work closely with the product team, including engineers and product management, and the service delivery team, the Care Advocate team, to explore, design, prototype, test, and iterate on solutions that help make caregiving easier.
They will be responsible for creating designs that connect user needs with data and business strategies that are equally thoughtful and delightful.
As the voice guiding the design of our solutions, their work will have a meaningful impact on our Care Advocates and the caregivers they support.
Responsibilities Create and define the design of caregiver-facing web and app-based digital experiences.
Drive the design process through definition, ideation, concept development, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and final visual design.
Identify design gaps and opportunities within the overall caregiver experience.
Apply design methodologies to gather user feedback and inform product design.
Collaborate closely with the product and service delivery teams.
Requirements A minimum of 5
years of experience in a product or UI design role.
Passionate about helping family caregivers and their loved ones, including older adults.
Experience working in an agile product environment.
Portfolio demonstrating the ability to solve complex problems through case studies.
Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and data insights.
Experience working with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.
g.
, Adobe XD, Figma, etc.
).
Preferred Experience working at a healthcare, healthcare technology, or digital health company.
Experience leading the design of or designing complex technology-based solutions.
Recommended Skills Adobe Agile Methodology Graphic Design Higher Order Thinking Ideation Product Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
