Develop reciprocal relationships with customers to ensure attainment of Sabert's short and long- term margin sales, margin, market share and business segment objectives with the assigned customers and prospects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Revenue growth and profitability for book of business Targets and plans for the acquisition of new customers through prospecting especially the QSR & Convienant store segments , retention of current accounts through account and contract management and growing penetration with existing customers Maintain strong pipeline for short-term and long-term opportunities, maintaining healthy funnel at all stages given length of sales cycles Achieve revenue growth and profitability goals for the assigned customers and geography Implement price increases and margin improvement as appropriate Account management Manage the sales, customer support and service issues for assigned customers; serve as the primary Sabert contact for all business needs Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying and implementing initiatives to add value and opportunities for the assigned customers Prepare and implement annual business plans for strategic customers and targeted prospects with capability to execute top to top reviews Champion customer and market related needs internally at Sabert Provide accurate forecasts for volumes and revenue Administrative activities and reporting Maintain and update appropriate databases and sales support systems relative to account activity, pricing, new product development, etc.
Provide written and verbal updates on sales activity and competitive activity in the geography Manages expenses Handle other projects and/or initiatives as needed REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITIES Consultative Selling Approach; With intricate understanding of fitness for use and organizational needs and as needed with a Linchpin mindset, closes business with customer specific product solutions, building long term customer relationships selling our value and resulting in reciprocal agreements.
Selling Skills; identifies decision makers, effectively qualifies the opportunity, builds relationships at multiple levels, negotiates from a point of strength.
Incorporates a persuasive style with demonstrated strong closing skills.
As necessary, incorporates a Challenger mindset to overcome status quo bias.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills; a proven ability to navigate through complex and at times difficult selling situations.
Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
Adept at creating and delivering presentations both in person and virtually.
Knowledge of the packaging industry, manufacturing, and/or the chain and especially quick service restaurant business.
Proactive and Highly Motivated; work style reflects energy and passion for delivering results and the desire to make a difference, a self-starter.
Business and Financial Acumen; ability to understand cost drivers and the nuances of growing profitably.
Strong negotiation skills understanding all price and non-price levers.
Data analytics; reviewing and converting information into usable and motivating information.
Organization skills; project management and coordination including new product development projects for customs, reports are complete and on time, managing time based on priorities.
Media and technology; comfortable with the use of existing and evolving technology inside/outside of the company (customer's systems, industry resources, LinkedIn, portals), literate in Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
QUALIFICATIONS Degree and/or exemplary experience in the defined skills and abilities or in an appropriate field; business, marketing, culinary school, foodservice management, or packaging Strong restaurant chain especially quick service and/or convenience chain manufacture sales experience preferred Recommended Skills Account Management Administration Business Requirements Commercial Awareness Consultative Selling Contract Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
