Summary:
Help students attain an optimum level of personal and social adjustment; Consult with parents, teachers, administrators, and supporting agencies concerning the needs and abilities of students; Ensure that all activities conform to Archdiocese guidelines; Communicate effectively with all members of the school district and community; Work effectively with community organizations; React to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned; Support the philosophy and root beliefs of St.
Michael School.
Qualifications:
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others.
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Meet the professional requirements of the school, Archdiocese, and the State of Illinois.
Experience working with a diverse population Relentless commitment to raising the academic and social-emotional achievement of ALL students Bachelor's degree in counseling or a closely related field Application Process:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must frequently move, stand, and lift up to 10 pounds.
As well as being able to walk up and down steps several times each day and physically respond quickly in an emergency.
