Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized recommendations and suggestions to clients based on their travel preferences, ensuring their trip is tailored to suit their needs.
- Arrange airfare, accommodations, transportation, and activities, taking into account clients' preferences, budget, and any special requests.
- Gather and analyze travel information from various sources, including travel guides, websites, and local contacts, to deliver accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
- Handle all travel-related bookings, reservations, and logistical arrangements, ensuring all necessary documents and confirmations are provided to clients in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with different vendors, such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, and local guides, to secure the best possible deals and negotiate favorable terms.
- Monitor client travel arrangements before and during their trips, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with key travel industry trends, new destinations, and attractions to enhance your expertise and provide innovative travel solutions to clients.
