Most work is performed from 9:
30am to 4:
30pm.
Ideally, the next team member would be available Saturday and Sunday plus any 2-3 consecutive weekdays (for example FRI-MON; THU-SUN; SAT-WED; FRI-TUE).
We ask that this availability remains consistent week to week.
When first joining the team, you will have multiple days of field training, working with a mix of dog and cat visits.
After training, staff can expect a light (2-4 visits per day) schedule of primarily cat visits with the possibility of additional dog walks.
As you learn and grow, more regular dog walks will be assigned to your ongoing schedule, but when starting, about 75% of visits can be cat care visits.
Compensation:
$18 - $20 / hour$1200 - $1600 / monthStarting pay for 30-minute visits is $12 (including travel compensation of $1.
50 per visit), and the company average, excluding tips, is $13.
69 per 30-minute visit.
The holiday rate is an additional $6 per visit (visits from 12/16 to 1/1/24).
Regular performance reviews with compensation increases.
100% of client gratuity.
Bonuses of $50 for client reviews on Yelp and Google.
All supplies provided.
Reimbursed parking, but the need to pay to park is limited.

Safety is our priority, you will be responsible for fostering a safe and positive walking environment for our client's dogs.
Follow detailed cat-care instructions provided by our clients.
After training, it is expected that you can work with our mobile apps Time to Pet and Slack.
Contribute to the team effort by working as a team player.

Practice time management to ensure on-time arrivals for all assigned visits.
We often provide feedings and medications to our client's pets.
