Job DescriptionData Analyst Intern explores our business requirements in partnership with the assigned buddy and work with our data experts to review data models, collect relevant data definitions, as well as documenting the information in support of the analytics and reporting lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Analyzes and translates business, data, functional, and user requirements and/or business rules into analytic and reporting requirements, data models and metadata deliverables by leading and guiding discussions internally with the project team and externally with business and technology partners Constructs and executes simple SQL queries and review data profiling results to discover semantics, patterns using real world data sets.
Learn & develop solutions using Tableau or Sisense tool Performs data analysis utilizing known techniques to determine, document and communicate existing and potential future data relationships, profiles; uncover anomalies and variances in data content from expected results Work with subject matter expert in understanding physical data model and related technical detail as part of project development life cycle Facilitates inspection sessions to validate that modeled data and related metadata deliverables match and satisfy business data requirements Applies knowledge of tools and processes to drive data management for a business Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for leading the use of data to make decisions.
This includes:
The coding/development of tools that use machine learning/predictive modeling to make business decisions, searching for and integrating new data (both internal and external) that improves our modeling and machine learning results (and ultimately our decisions), and discovery of solutions to business problems that can be solved through the use of machine learning/predictive modeling.

Actively pursuing Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceRequired:
Strong verbal communication and writing skills Awareness of industry data management trends, practices and standards Ability to work with multiple diverse teams.
Can work with technical delivery teams and business partners Awareness of Microsoft office products This intern role is currently not available to internal candidates.

Compensation offered for this role is between $20 and $42 an hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
