Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and facilities.
- Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues to determine the root cause.
- Utilize smart phone application for Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, document repairs, and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct Daily inspections to properties to identify potential maintenance needs and address them proactively.
- Collaborate with other management to prioritize and complete maintenance projects in a timely manner.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
Experience:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with Management Spanish and polish speaking helpful not mandatory - Experience working with CMMS software to manage work orders and track maintenance activities.
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to read schematics for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, etc.
- Knowledge of logic controllers and ability to program or troubleshoot them is a plus.
Knowledge of appliance repair and use of diagnostics testing tools.
- Leadership skills to supervise and guide other maintenance personnel.
