SPAAN Tech is seeking a Human Resources Professional to join our team to support the firm and its portfolio companies.
You will play a critical role in managing and maximizing the potential of our current team, while collaborating with executives and team leaders to solve HR issues, and implement company-wide policies and procedures.
Responsibilities - Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews - Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs - Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital - Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization - Nurture a positive working environment by promoting open communication and resolving conflicts - Manage the administration of employee benefits programs - Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management - Act as the chief point of communication for all employee concerns, issues Qualifications - Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR executive role - People-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills - Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics - Knowledge of HR systems and databases (HRIS) - Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills - Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills - Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company - In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices - Degree in Human Resources or related field Skills:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
