We are looking for a Residential Service Technician for our property located in Chicago's Hyde Park neighborhood.
Our Residential Service Technician will have the overall responsibility of maintaining the apartment homes, common areas and grounds with attention toward cleanliness, efficiency, safety and asset protection.
Janitorial duties required as well.
The ideal candidate would be someone with strong interpersonal and customer service skills, who is a team player and has the ability to prioritize and complete work professionally and timely.
Pay Range:
$24 - $26/hr.

3 years prior maintenance experience in a fast-paced residential community Ability to perform tasks and repairs related to preventative maintenance, painting, plastering, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry Provide our residents with exemplary customer care Responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of grounds, lobbies, hallways, floors, carpet, restrooms, elevators, stairways, windows and other common areas through daily washing, waxing, dusting, vacuuming and trash removal Empty all trash receptacles and transport trash to the disposal area A proactive approach, exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Communicate regularly with our Property Manager regarding resident concerns and maintenance matters Ability to professionally complete work orders and unit turns on schedule Walk building and grounds daily for cleanliness, perform preventative maintenance and fix any hazardous conditions encountered Willingness to be a team player and assist other team members as needed Flexibility to work overtime and assist at other communities as needed Availability to respond to after-hours emergency calls 24/7, including weekends and holidays Must have own general tools Any other tasks as directed by the Property Manager, Director of Maintenance and VPO About UsTLC Management is a Chicagoland based company that exclusively owns, operates and manages each of its residential communities.
