Principle Accountabilities Correctly package finished goods, assemble cartons.
Maintaining neat appearance of packaging and skidded product.
Keeping supervisor advised of inventory on hand.
Maintaining good housekeeping in your work area.
All other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills and Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
2
Years in a Manufacturing environment / experience preferred.
Comfortable in a Union environment.
Intermediate math skills and English written communication skills necessary.
Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours at a time required.
Ability to work in space limited work area on continuous basis.
Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis.
General computer knowledge and experience handling paperwork.
Effective interpersonal skills.
Ability to perform the physical aspects of the role following recommended practices, with an emphasis on safety and injury prevention.
Goals, Success Factors:
Meet requirements of production line output (must be able to keep up with machine) 0% errors in packaging finished goods.
Must be able to work overtime if needed.
