Essential Functions:
People Manage a team to complete business objectives in addition to client deliverables.
Cultivate a team culture to attract and retain talent.
Help recruit and upskill existing talent across the organization in cost management.
Play and active role in direct report(s) career progression.
Clients Provide leadership and strategic direction for the cost management practice within the region.
Develop and implement the regional cost management strategy, in alignment with the overall company objectives.
Provide superior client service by delivering a suite of project controls & cost management services across various projects including; ground up or renovation works for offices, hospitality, residential, industrial and entertainment type projects Establish strong relationships with key clients, understanding their goals, and providing tailored cost management solutions to meet their needs.
Establish and enforce best practices, processes, and quality standards for cost management within the region.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulations related to cost management, and provide guidance on their implementation.
Growth P rovide business development/sales leadership for cost management including sourcing and collaboration to solution new opportunities.
Responsible for growth of P&L focused on year over year growth and PGOI growth.
Responsible for execution of business strategy within the central region with ability to lead and manage others in that business strategy.
Be an expert and active leader with understanding of current market, competition, market pricing and fee structures.
Proven track record of business development and facilitation and training of business development skills among team members.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 20
years of experience in project controls across a broad geography Expert presentation and public speaking capabilities 20
years of experience developing and cultivating business relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Demonstration of leading at national scale and working in a matrix organization.
Able to work expertly in a CRM system.
Demonstrate the ability to present in a compelling manner.
Ability to travel as required.
