Your Impact:
This is a strategic role where you will be a critical part of iCrossings success.
The Sr.
Director, Talent Acquisition & Development will serve as a strategic partner to the Leadership team while leading the Recruiting function.
Your expert skills and experience in talent acquisition and talent development will enable you to help guide the talent team, work with leadership to determine hiring goals, and implement metrics and process recommendations that will lay the foundation for a scalable recruiting function as we expand.
Youll be responsible for developing and implementing a talent acquisition strategy that recruits outstanding talent and creates a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
Youll also partner with leaders to ensure timely understanding of the current and future talent needs and related recruiting demands.
The ideal candidate is results-oriented and will be a hands-on operator and leader who isnt afraid to spend time in the weeds of recruiting, sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates.
While talent acquisition is your immediate and primary focus, this critical role will broaden to lead employee development, experience and engagement.
This is a hybrid role and will require 2 days in the office (Chicago or NY) and travel as necessary.
What Youll Do Develop overall comprehensive talent acquisition strategy and methods in executive and general recruiting, including internal referral hiring processes.
Be a trusted partner with key stakeholders throughout the organization including senior executives to thoroughly understand talent needs, skills required, and successfully deliver against the organizations vision and long-term strategy.
Educate leadership and the broader organization on best in class recruiting practices, building a culture of mutual investment and focus on talent acquisition.
Proven ability to scale with the business, anticipating growth, demands and capacity planning.
Articulate a compelling employee value proposition that resonates across the talent marketplace.
Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders in a productive and nimble fashion - managing expectations, setting service level agreements, and keeping all parties in the hiring process engaged.
Partner on workforce planning across all practices by methodically forecasting the organizations future needs.
Build robust talent pipelines that tap into targeted companies, locations, universities and technical-oriented communities in alignment with business objectives.
Lead and motivate the talent team by establishing clear and meaningful productivity metrics, goals, and efficiencies that drive individual/team performance and overall professional excellence.
Be a thought leader, who shares knowledge, strategies, direction and best practices within the talent team, as well as broadly throughout the organization.
Leverage developed network to bring outstanding talent to the organization.
Use talent segmentation and creative sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles.
Craft and revise role profiles as needed to facilitate evolving business needs.
Lead the talent team to manage and modify recruitment process from interest to offer; identify bottlenecks in the recruiting process.
Partner with People team on compensation structure to ensure alignment with talent strategy.
Identify learning & development programs and ensure employees are engaged, productive, and prepared for future growth.
Foster a best-in-class employee experience.
Who You Are 10 years of experience in a talent acquisition role, most of which has been in-house.
5 years managing high caliber recruiting teams.
4 years effectively managing and collaborating across cross-functional and senior stakeholders.
Experienced in acquiring talent to meet demand across consultancies, digital marketing agencies, and technology systems integrators.
Talent acquisition leader with experience in high employee growth.
Deep knowledge of high performing recruiting functions and experience with optimization.
Appropriately consults with hiring managers while continuing to drive recruiting with a sense of urgency.
Naturally proactive and curious.
Stickler for metrics and uses them to anticipates challenges, In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
Strong coaching and mentoring skills to grow and develop a team.
Savvy with applicant tracking systems, sourcing and recruitment marketing tools.
Experience with Oracle ATS a plus.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent time-management skills excelling in fast-paced, agile environment.
Impeccable communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Able to create, operationalize, and assess programs with an eye on continuous improvement.
Passionate about running efficient processes to achieve business goals.
Expert knowledge of recruitment trends, technologies and social trends.
Excellent knowledge of resource management and employment practices.
Proven business planning and forecasting skills.
Can document, prepare, and present executive level presentations.
Able to quickly pivot and reprioritize in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.

For New York City, the estimated salary range for this position is between $180,000 to $220,000.
The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.
The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
