Your role:
Provide patient focused support via phone or chat for all service and monitor related issues or questions including device activation or technical support.
You will work within the Patient Services department meeting key performance indicators and delivering a high level of quality in a team-oriented environment.
You will train for 5 weeks, Monday-Friday 9:
00am-5:
30pm CST with an Educator in a structured environment.
After training you will begin 12-week ramp up period and work Tuesday-Saturday 1:
00pm-9:
30pm or 2:
00pm-10:
30pm CST with a holiday rotation.
This is a hybrid opportunity in Rosemont, IL.
You're the right fit if:
You have a High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) You've acquired 1
years of experience in customer service and/or product support or 2
years of face-to-face customer service experience.
Your skills include proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, a strong technical aptitude and computer skills, and the ability to work in multiple technical mediums simultaneously while remaining attentive to the patient and their concern.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You're an excellent communicator, patient and empathetic when providing support, and if you have experience in a call center or with Salesforce, even better.

Philips Transparency Details The hourly pay range for this position is $17.
20 to $27.
56, plus overtime eligible.
The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
