o Bachelor's degree in natural resources, environmental science, environmental planning, or other related technical degree o Renewable energy, oil and gas, and infrastructure modernization for a sustainable world as a career focus o Ten years of experience in the industry with 5 years experience as a PM on energy projects o Project management/task lead experience with a work history of increasing responsibility for resource planning and/or environmental permitting in Californiao Specific training, knowledge, and experience necessary to develop, review, and coordinate project permit applications under National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA)o Familiarity with state and federal regulations; knowledge of environmental regulatory processes and permit complianceo Ability to charter and lead a project or task team with a focus on safety, client service and internal delivery goalso Ability to foster relationships with large project teams, clients, client contractor staff, and third party consultantso Ability to travel occasionally to a client office, and travel to project sitesIdeally, You'll Also Have:
