We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This position will primarily focus on assisting the customer service team in handling daily email volume, addressing inquiries from salespersons regarding orders, and promptly responding to customer inquiries to ensure their satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy.
Order-Entry into databasereceived through email, customer order portals and on paper.
Confer with production, sales and/or shipping to provide shipment information.
Interact as needed with Salesperson for clarification on orders.
Inform customers of payments that are due and collect payment.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
