Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Mobile Device Management (MDM) Professional to join our team and take the lead in managing our extensive fleet of 4,000
iPads. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mac and iPad management, with expert-level proficiency in Jamf Pro and Intune. This senior-level role will involve overseeing all aspects of MDM operations, including policy implementation, device provisioning, and migration projects.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain a large fleet of 4,000
iPads, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance.Lead the development and implementation of MDM policies and workflows, with a focus on efficiency and scalability.Oversee migrations and upgrades within the Jamf Pro environment, ensuring minimal disruption to end-users.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MS Azure SSO and Cloud Identity functionality into the Jamf Pro environment, enhancing security and user access control.Work closely with device vendor teams to optimize iOS device provisioning processes, streamlining deployment workflows.Provide mentorship and training to teammates at various levels of support, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.Extensive experience managing large-scale iPad deployments, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.Strong proficiency in Mac and iPad management tools, particularly Jamf Pro and Intune.Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing MDM policies and workflows, with a focus on automation and efficiency.Experience with Jamf Connect and DEP Notify preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.Proven track record of leadership and mentorship, with the ability to inspire and empower team members at all levels.
