Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, designers, and marketers to drive project success. Conduct research on generational trends, behaviours, and preferences to inform project strategies and decisions. Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and progress reports. Manage stakeholder communications and expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure smooth project execution. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the project team. Stay abreast of advancements in AI technology and generational research to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, business, or social sciences. Advanced degree preferred. Proven experience managing complex projects, preferably in the field of artificial intelligence or technology. Strong understanding of generational dynamics and trends, with the ability to apply insights to project strategies. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders across different functions and levels of the organization.
