ResponsibilitiesInitial project scope Review received data from E.H and verify accuracy. Decom, Move or validate on prem status of 180 VMs Review 280 Network Connections as part of the migration ( Decom, maintain, or migrate to swedish) Review 24 physical servers for disposition (Stay at Swedish or migrate to Northshore DCs) Review 197 servers supporting Virtual environments (Stay at Swedish or migrate to Northshore DCs) Migrate existing equipment from EOL UPS to new UPS if staying onsite Decom and gear possible Prep any gear that needs to be relocated Any gear remaining on prem will need to have EOL date unless proximity function. END state goal is to reduce Swedish Primary and DR data center to proximity only equipment that has to be on prem. All other DC equipment is to be migrated to Northshore Data Centers.
