Seeking and Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the team/department.
Team consists of supporting three (3) people, which is Senior Director, Director and Senior Manager.
Responsibilities:
Large amount of travel coordination for multiple stakeholders (about 3-5 stakeholders) Significant calendar management for multiple stakeholders Assisting with projects, data/document storage, expense reports, document production, and internal team communications Meeting coordination, setup, workshop planning, coordinating between vendors, suppliers, internal stakeholders and teams Requirements:
Experience providing administrative support to a team involving a wide variety of tasks Ability to manage a variety of unrelated tasks and deliver on time Strong skill level MS Office particularly MS Outlook Adept at communicating with a wide variety of professionals Job Types:
