Senior Product Manager, Consulting Services
We are investing heavily in our consulting services portfolio to deliver flexible, high-value solutions to clients wherever they are in their application and infrastructure evolution.This is not a SaaS role. This is product development of consulting services, collateral and commercial artifacts across mainframe, infrastructure, public cloud/digital. We enable our clients to take advantage of the combined capabilities of Ensono consulting and managed services to deliver business innovation and outcomes in many areas including:
Increased ROI Revenue growth Risk reduction Addressing skills shortage Security improvement Data platforms and AI Legacy modernization Application development agility Cost savings and cloud cost management To be successful in this role you will possess technical know-how and the ability to use it in creative ways. You will design, refine and package Ensono Consulting Service products. You will deliver marketing material to represent your product designs and be client facing to assess needs and present solutions. You will bring passion and positive energy to the process by being a self-starter, truly owning the success of each of your product creations. You will be part of a team, supporting each other with the autonomy to create! What You Will Do:
Collaboratively develop our roadmap for consulting services, driving the continued growth of this key line of business for Ensono Engage with Clients to understand and document their business challenges, test and refine the value of Ensono's services. Support our sales team through contributions to Ensono proposals and pre-sales presentations to clients and prospects. Evangelize Ensono's product portfolio and roadmap both inside and outside the company. Collaborate with product marketing to drive product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement. Build effective working relationships across Ensono's business to support the efficient delivery of consulting services. Build and maintain relationships with key consulting services partners. Contribute to research about relevant consulting and professional services and competitors. Develop commercial aspects of services including cost models and service descriptions. Product ownership of consulting services throughout their lifecycle Demonstrably strengthen Ensono's consulting and professional services proposition, position in the market and associated revenues What You Will Need:
7 plus years of experience in high impact IT services A solid understanding of the IT services market Experienced in developing solutions and enabling sales to take these to market. Comfortable engaging at senior levels in large enterprises to influence and provide strategic insight in support of Ensono sales. Commercial awareness as well as technical understanding of current and future market directions Excellent analytic, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Exceptional written and oral communication skills, comfortable speaking in public about Ensono products and services (i.e., clients, trade shows, partner events, etc.) Enterprise consulting, professional services, multi-platform migration and transformation experience a plus Knowledge of discovery, assessment and migration tools would be valuable.
