Application Engineer
Job Description:
We are in search of a Junior Developer to join our M365 development team, focusing on SharePoint, OneDrive, Dynamics 365 CRM, PowerApps, Flow, and Nintex platforms.
This role offers an opportunity for individuals with fundamental knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with an understanding of architectural processes.
The ideal candidate should exhibit a proactive attitude, displaying enthusiasm for professional growth within the company and a willingness to embrace emerging technologies like AI.
Apart from development tasks, the role involves assisting the Help Desk in bug identification, ensuring prompt resolutions, and contributing to the enhancement of our M365 ecosystem.
Key
Responsibilities:
M365 Development:
Participate in developing and customizing solutions for various M365 platforms.
Contribute to workflow automation and design custom forms to streamline business processes.
Basic Front-end Development:
Apply foundational skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance user interfaces within M365 applications.
Architectural Understanding:
Collaborate with the team to implement architectural best practices, emphasizing reusable code and integrated solutions.
Immersive Technologies and AI:
Display eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
Explore immersive technologies like AI and identify opportunities for their integration based on specific use cases.
Help Desk Support:
Work closely with the Help Desk to identify and report bugs in M365 applications.
Offer timely resolutions to stakeholders, minimizing disruptions to business operations.
Environment Maintenance and Improvement:
Monitor and maintain the current M365 environment.
Propose and implement enhancements to optimize performance, security, and user experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic understanding of M365 components and platforms.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development.
Familiarity with architectural principles for code reusability and integration.
