Senior Project Manager
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to oversee and lead our diverse portfolio of technical projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of technical concepts and methodologies.
Responsibilities:
-Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management strategies.
-Coordinate project activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
-Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
-Track project milestones and deliverables, and report regularly on project status to stakeholders.
-Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure project success.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
-Communicate project goals, objectives, and progress updates clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
-Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques (e.
g.
, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.
).
-Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
-Solid understanding of technical concepts and systems architecture, with experience in software development or IT infrastructure projects.
-Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.
g.
, Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, etc.
).
-PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
