- Gather and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements - Develop and maintain documentation such as business requirements, process flows, and user stories - Conduct research and provide recommendations for process improvements and optimizations - Create visualizations and reports using analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI - Assist in the implementation and testing of new systems or processes -Working with cross-functional teams maintaining the ability to stay organized -Effective oral and written communication and report presentation skills to directors and up-level executives -Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
