Dutieso As an Information Technology Program Manager (Policy and Planning), you will:
o Serve as Command's Deputy Chief Information Officer which includes managing the J-6 Information Technology (IT) Directorate Programs.o Develop a portion of the IT strategic plan.o Develop affordable and executable information master plans as part of the Command Strategic Plan.o Ensure Cyber-security practices are enforced and security certifications obtained for IT systems.o Support modernization and agile DEVSECOPS IT product development and delivery.o Development affordable and executable information master plans as part of the Command Strategic Plan.o Determine appropriateness of contactor performed worko Provide oversight of projects and resources (i.e., monitoring costs, work, and contractor performance).o Supervise the performance of subordinates within the Command.o Oversee resolution of serious/complex grievances/complaints of employeeso Oversee resources (manpower, equipment, funding) for the Directorate.o Prepare training plans and performance evaluations for subordinate employees/supervisors.o Develop IT policies for the CommandRequirements Conditions of Employmento Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigationQualifications Telework eligible position - Position has an official duty location of North Chicago, IL and is eligible for Situational Telework at the discretion of the CommandThis position is NOT eligible for remote work (remote duty location)If telework is approved, selectees will be required to report to their official duty location as outlined in their telework agreement. Experience:

One year of specialized experienceSpecialized experience is defined as experience that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled, including:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
