Other duties and responsibilities of a Technology Analyst include:
Collaborate and communicate with customers regularly, aligning our IT service deliveries with their business initiatives.
Collaborate with senior team members across our technical service deliveries to assess near and long term IT needs that align with customer requirements.
Providing customers project quoting, proposals and presentations.
Receive, prioritize, and respond to incoming customer requests.
Creating communication plans internally and externally.
SKillS & EXPERIENCE Has an understanding of technology, tech.
products, and continues to develop technology aptitude.
Manage projects and customer expectations related to infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and enhancements.
Act as an escalation point for customer requests Working closely with IT Infrastructure and Security department on various projects, enhancements, and rollouts.
Exploit root cause problems and preventative initiatives.
Participate in recommendations for future IT infrastructure upgrades.
Project management and implementation of mid-sized IT projects.
QUALIFICATIONS & SELECTION CRITERIA In addition to the skills above, the ideal candidate should have:
Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently Ability to maintain and grow customer relationships Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task Willingness to work extended work hours at times to accomplish projects or occasional evenings/weekends to resolve issues Position requires sitting or standing for extended periods, frequent telephone/computer usage.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
