The Delivery Enablement (DE) team supports internal stakeholders by providing a robust operational backbone across TAS, TES, OCFO, PI, IM, IB and TRS. The team includes Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Marketing, Data Analytics, Accounting & Finance and Delivery Excellence. As Portage Point continues to scale the DE team is laser focused on scalability, quality and automation. The Associate, Marketing role is for an entrepreneurial, self-starting individual that will be the second member of our Marketing department. This position reports directly to the Director, Marketing and will contribute to the planning and execution of Portage Point's marketing and content creation initiatives. This individual will play a crucial role in marketing operations and should have an understanding of the complete marketing tech stack from e-marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) to social media and content creation. The ideal candidate has exceptional attention to detail and excels in a high-paced, professional services environment.Responsibilities Gather and analyze client behavioral data (e.g., web traffic and rankings) Assist with organizing events, both internal and external Schedule and maintain website postings Oversee LinkedIn posts, including maintaining social media calendar, posting content and preparing analytics Schedule corporate HTML emails and report performance to key stakeholders Maintain accurate client data within the CRM and work with professionals to generate clean data Coordinate with the Director, Marketing to maintain award submissions and content creation Maintain marketing metrics archive including past campaign results Monitor competitor marketing activities as well as market trends Coordinate branded merchandise orders and assist with quality control Assist with the development, implementation and management of marketing-related technologies, such as Wordpress, Adobe Creative Suite and digital asset management system (Bynder) Provide ad hoc support to team members across the organization including PowerPoint slide formatting, graphic creation and content updates Design collateral including but not limited to unique layouts for content (1-pages, infographics, PowerPoint slides, etc), event-specific graphics / signs and select firm communications Support firm development efforts and lead internal trainings as needed Manage daily administrative tasks such as file organization, email management, asset requests and library maintenance Contribute to creating a high-performing and inclusive culture Qualifications Bachelor's degree from a top undergraduate program A degree in marketing, communications, graphic design or similar field is preferred Located in or willing to relocate to Chicago Invested in a team-based culture motivated to collaborate in office four days per week Three plus years of proven work experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar role Experience at a blue chip consultancy or bulge bracket investment bank Advanced ability to write and edit copy for press releases, social posts and e-marketing Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude Software skills, including WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite Experience with Cvent, Intapp and / or Google Analytics is preferred Excellent problem solving capabilities Ability to successfully work in a small, collaborative team environment Effectively communicates analysis through Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint including high-quality messaging, structure and formatting Eagerness to be responsive at all times Proven track-record of success in high pressure, time-constrained environments Excellent written and verbal communication skills including strong e-mail etiquette Top-tier organizational skills and attention to detail Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit $65,000 - $85,000 a yearThe City of New York and the State of California require Portage Point to provide compensation information for this role. This range represents the anticipated minimum and maximum base
bonus for this position based upon a good faith and reasonable estimate. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
