Director of Financial Systems
LaSalle Network is partnering with one of the largest global law firms that is seeking a Director of Financial Systems. This role will lead strategy and key initiatives within the financial system environment, as they work closely with the CFO and COO. TheDirector of Financial Systemswill manage a team and foster a technology environment that motivates high performance, accountability, and quality.As the Director of Financial Systems, you will lead the North American financial toolset with a focus on Elite 3E. You will lead a team responsible for the development, administration, and management of financial technology solutions. As the Director of Financial Systems, you will engage key stakeholders, recommend department technology priorities, and align resources for successful completion of 3E initiatives.Director of Financial Systems Key
Responsibilities:
Aligning finance team goals to technology needs and roadmapsPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business priorities and organizational goals, recommend scalable solutions leveraging technology, implement those recommendations and provide regular communication updatesConceive, organize, promote and implement effective Finance IT initiatives and ensure that program milestones are accomplished, and timelines are metMaintain Finance IT systems while controlling IT risk and operational performance of those systemsRecruit, manage, and develop a strong, engaged, high performance-oriented teamManage the relevant 3rd party vendor relationshipsDirector of Financial Systems Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields (degrees in Finance and/or Accounting also acceptable with relevant technology experience)Minimum 10
years relevant business experienceMinimum 5
years' leadership experience managing strategic initiatives and programsExperience with professional service time and billing software (Elite Enterprise and/or 3E experience preferred)Experience with MS SQL Server and T-SQL developmentExperience with any of the following will be considered a plus:
