The ideal Sales Manager shouldbe passionate about developing others and workingdirectly with clients, as you will work toward individual sales goals while hiring and building up your team.Drive the growth of the Technology Services Sales team by achieving individual and team revenue goalsHire, train and onboardsales staffProvide ongoing training and development to sales teamLead weekly team meetings and conduct regular one-on-ones with direct reportsDrive accountability around weekly activity metricsEnsure staff are achieving weekly, monthly and quarterly targets around new job orders, new clients, and revenueEnsure successful relationships with key clients by attending meetings and closing deals, both individually and alongside your direct reportsLead and execute with a revenue-generating mindsetPartner with technology recruiting leaders to ensure successful execution on searches5
years of sales experienceDemonstrated interest in moving into people management or 1-3 years of prior experience in a supervisory or mentorship rolePrevious experience in the technology staffing industry or selling to technology executivesPersuasive and engaging leadership styleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong work ethic and high energyAbility to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and make decisions with speed and confidenceThe Sales Manager role is a key leadership position at our organization and one that will offer you meaningful, exciting, and challenging work. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
