Director of Catering and Event Sales
Description Do you have at least 5 years of Corporate/Leisure Event Sales leadership experience? Can you manage teams in various locations? Do you lead by coaching? Are you comfortable working with high profile clients? This is a phenomenal role for you if you love a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As the Director of Sales you will be leading a team of Sales Managers based at our various locations (currently 5), your leadership skills will develop a team that sells fun and food to create relationships with clients and ensure a great experience they will want to repeat. Each location differs in what it offers and your creativity (along with Marketing and Leadership Team) to develop packages our clients will love. Your communication skills will be used to develop relationships with high profile clients (corporations, associations, etc.) to keep our concept top of mind as well as the internal team of sales, operations, culinary, leadership, and service. In determining the strategy you will use your analytical skills to review events, trends, CRM reports, the marketplace and collaboration opportunities.
