Private Estate/Home: Housekeeper

This person will assist in the overall management of the estate but will have a strong emphasis on housekeeping.
The housekeeper will directly report to the House Manager and must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
General hours are Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.
Overall Key Accountabilities (including but not limited to the following):
Housekeeping:
Ensuring that all household spaces are maintained at the highest cleanliness levels and that all housekeeping tasks are performed as needed.
Ensure specific zones that have been identified are cleaned where third-party vendors are not permitted.
Management/participation of third-party housekeepers and vendors permitted in the home (currently Tuesdays and Fridays).
Ensuring all stocking levels of consumables are adequate and replaced when appropriate.
Ensuring maintenance of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products; ensuring safe and sanitary storage and care of products.
Cleans and washes items specified by the homeowner (pots, pans, dishware, etc.
).
Light laundry duties maybe assigned.
General / Administrative:
Help with improvements for better service standards with a general theme of anticipating the owner's needs and organization.
Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
Working quickly without compromising quality.
Inspecting for and immediately notifying and addressing any damages, deficits, and disturbances.
Implementing and adhering strictly to rules regarding health and safety and ensuring compliance with all company policies and practices.
Always conducting oneself in a professional manner.
Adhering to the established standard of conduct and house rules, fire regulations, procedures, and policies.
Passing any owner feedback accordingly.
Assisting with errands asked by homeowners, guests, or team.
Assisting with groceries and supplies.
Supporting the administrative operation of the property and the homeowners.
Requirements:
Having experience working in a luxury home, hotel, inn or luxury yacht High school diploma Strong work ethic Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team environment Ability to utilize feedback and anticipate owners needs Ability to receive owner in a friendly and courteous manner Ability to handle owner enquiries Ability to report happenings to superior Passion for accuracy Outgoing, polite, confident, intelligent and alert Consistency in performance Flexibility and adaptability Job Type:
