Responsibilities:
Advise clients on data security and privacy compliance Draft privacy and data security-related policies and agreements Draft and negotiate privacy (including DPAs), advertising, online advertising and/or technology contracts.
Qualifications:
8
years as an attorney practicing in Technology and/or Privacy & Data Security law.
Portable book worth at least $500,000 Admitted to practice in California, Illinois, Texas, and/or Washington D.
C.
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
Ability to travel for internal and client meetings as expected.
Preferred:
Experience in a specific industry such as online gambling or alcohol.
Deep understanding of numerous data security and data privacy laws and regulations.
