comWhat You ll Be DoingAs the Director, Technology Architecture you will collaborate with business and technology partners to align objectives and translate requirements into a practical concrete architecture, employing your deep knowledge and understanding of technical design principles and best practices.
Use your knowledge, skill and experience to deliver on business objectives, improving the way we work, creating meaningful value and delighting our client base.
This role provides architecture leadership to solution delivery teams on CIBC practices, standards and patterns, and helps drive innovation across all areas of responsibility, applying expert interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
This role will be focused on helping build CIBC's US technologies into the future including enabling a more digital experience for our clients and employees.
How You ll Succeed Lead Solutions - and architect, within the portfolio of projects/initiatives prescribed, act as an internal consultant to ensure each solution meets the technical standards, guiding principles and architectural practices that CIBC employs to create an extraordinary client experience.
