About the TeamThe newly formed Field Engagement & Planning team is a pillar within Global Sales Enablement (GSE) responsible for owning and managing GSE's relationships with field sales globally and executing segment specific enablement.
About the RoleThe Engagement Manager will lead GSE's relationship and the execution of an enablement plan with the Customer Base sales teams partnering with field sales, sales strategy, and key support functions.
Responsibilities include:
Identify and validate stakeholder priorities leveraging data and trendsDevelop, maintain, and socialize enablement plans to include Global, GTM, and segment specific initiatives Manage the execution of training, coaching, and development programs including the facilitation of sessionsSecure leadership sponsorship for GTM initiatives and enablement effortsProvide consistent voice of the field input to GTM initiatives, processes, and practicesEstablish a regular cadence to share and validate enablement plans with senior sales leadersAbout YouBasic Qualifications10
years of relative work experience is required8
years Relative work experience in the B2B SaaS space in either Customer Success (CS) or Customer Experience (CX), specifically partnering with very large and complex Fortune 500 organizations is requiredOther QualificationsExperience or industry acumen related to enterprise software sales and ERP supporting existing customer accounts, managing renewals, and customer contractsAbility to establish trust and communicate regularly with senior sales leaders Experience developing and delivering to stakeholders a mutual engagement, enablement, or roadmap type plan Experience working cross-functionally and collaboratively across pre-sales, sales, services, marketing, demand, etc.
Experience facilitating and leading virtual and in-person meetingsExperience executing on a planStrong written and verbal communication skills Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.
Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
