Provide direct nursing care to the residents and supervise and coordinate the CNAs to ensure a high degree of quality care is maintainedProcess all admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents during your shiftAdminister medications and treatments and maintain proper charting for the unit, all in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations and department policies and proceduresMaintain a high standard of resident careRespond immediately to all crises and/or calls for assistanceOther duties as requiredWhat you need to be successful:
