      Your Typical Daily Responsibilities
      • Provide personal assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community
      • Encourage socialization and inspire participation in community activities while ensuring resident safety and well-being
      • Provide hands-on support and assistance with mobility and incontinence care as needed
      • Contribute to developing service plans and document care and services as provided daily
      • Ensure care, safety and cleanliness standards are met according to regulatory complianceSkills Required for Success
        • Being flexible and adaptable to different schedules, tasks and changing resident care needs
        • Proficient in verbal and written English with strong oral and written communication skills
        • Ability to observe, identify and promptly report changes in condition to the appropriate personnel
        • Ability to follow detailed instruction while working as part of a team to achieve a collective goalOur Minimum Requirements
          • Must be at least 18 years of age
          • High School diploma or equivalent
          • Proficient in verbal and written English
          • Interest in working with an aging population requiring physical assistance
          • Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
          • Ability to work the defined schedule for this position which may include weekends and holidaysWhat Sets You Apart
            • At least one year of direct care experience in an Assisted Living, Memory Care or Skilled Nursing community

              Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
