Land Acquisition Director
As the Land Acquisition Director for the Columbus Market, you will be the senior leader of a team of Land acquisition department employees, maintain developer relationships, and actively negotiate large land deals.
Primary ResponsibilitiesManage and direct a team of Land Managers and Supervisors capable of meeting NVR's unit sales and profit objectives for ColumbusCultivate new developer relationships and maintain existing relationshipsReview contracts from direct reports with Legal and Finance to ensure complianceActively negotiate and structure large and complex deals in the core market areaQualificationsAt least 6 years of demonstrated land acquisition leadership experienceBachelor's degreeEffective team managerSkilled in land deal structuringFinance and Accounting background preferredExcel proficiency Competencies Perseverance AmbitionResults-orientedLife at NVRAs the parent company of Ryan Homes, NVHomes and Heartland Homes, NVR is a Top 5 US homebuilder and Fortune 500 company that has been helping families build their happily ever after since 1948.
